Jeff Belingheri has been a CPA since 1993 and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Jeff received his training at Price Waterhouse in the audit department of the Silicon Valley office, where he worked exclusively with high-tech startup companies. He joined Bregante + Company LLP in 1993 and became a partner in 1996.

Jeff works primarily with startup companies, closely held businesses and individuals as a tax advisor and business consultant. He has extensive experience in many areas of transactional planning (mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, etc.) and also with business succession planning and estate planning.
