At B+Co, we truly appreciate our clients, whether they have one small business or multiple entities involved in diverse business operations.  We find that helping our clients focus on long-term considerations and goals results in the most opportunity for success.  We are happy to share some of those successful clients now with our new segment: Client Highlights.

Today B+Co introduces Custom Fit who has been a client since 2016.

Custom Fit is a personal training and nutrition studio in San Francisco.  Registered Dietitians and Personal Trainers craft customized plans for each member.  Each program design is unique, but all are rooted in science.  The initial training session includes biometric testing and is followed by several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances as well as current strengths, weaknesses, endurance, etc.  The focus then moves to nutritional goals, which are then connected to fitness goals to complete a plan to achieve the desired results.

According to owner Evan Mather, there is so much nutrition and health information circulating around that dictates what to do and eat to be “healthy.”  Evan understands that we are all unique and deserve a customized health plan.

Fitness and athletics have always been a part of Evan’s life.  From water polo to powerlifting to yoga, the diversity of his personal experience combined with science, proper nutrition, and education is the foundation for his approach to fitness.  As a personal trainer, he opened Custom Fit to provide the absolute best personal training and nutrition services available.

Custom Fit’s team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Holistic Nutritionists believe that the key to health is simple: eat real food.  Sifting through the wealth of nutritional information can be overwhelming, frustrating, and confusing.  It’s not about restriction, crazy juice cleanses, or taking a daily handful of supplements while ignoring food quality.  Diets just don’t work on a long-term basis for most people.  Every individual has different needs and a different emotional connection to food.  It’s about building a foundation of healthy eating practices and finding foods that fit into your lifestyle that help you to feel and look your best.

The truth is, there isn’t a one size fits all approach to good health.  At Custom Fit, the goal is to find the path that is right for each member.
