Learning. Collaborating. Connecting. Celebrating.
The first week of August gave our B+Co team an opportunity to come together, step away from our day-to-day work, and focus on how we continue moving forward—together.
Throughout the week, our team participated in training sessions, collaborative breakouts, Q&A discussions, team building, and our firmwide Town Hall. We talked about where we are today, where we’re headed, and celebrated some of the milestones we’ve achieved along the way.
And, of course, we made time for some fun with an afternoon at Topgolf!
As we look ahead to our 50th anniversary, weeks like this remind us that growth isn’t just about where we’ve been—it’s about continuing to learn, ask questions, share ideas, and find better ways to serve our clients and support one another.
Curious and Innovative are two of our core values, and they help keep us looking forward—exploring new ideas and continually improving for our people and the clients we serve.
Here’s to learning together, celebrating together, and continuing to grow together.
